A bit of history on electric brushes - and why Stealth.
An unprecedented move in M.D. Manufacturing's history was made in 1998. One of the major underlying premises of our recommendations was uprooted! After 20 to 30 years of stressing air driven power brushes over electric, we reversed our recommendations. Our article, "Vacuumology," clearly proves peak performance is achieved most accurately when used with an electric power brush. And this is due to the larger orifice size within the brush. In the past we have rejected electric power brush systems for four basic reasons:
  1. The hoses were too heavy and bulky,
  2. We felt the power brushes did not offer the quality we wanted and they were too loud,
